Another misc episode of the 1950s American television series "You Asked for It", featuring the following: A race between an abacus and a then-modern calculating machine, the secrets of phony spiritualists, a Calypso song and dance, and TV wrestler Georgous George doing card tricks. Judging by the reference to 1951, it is likely this aired on the now-defunct DuMont Television Network. Complete with original commercials for Skippy Peanut Butter. Please forgive the annoying watermark, which I am told does not effect the PD status of this series.

Airdate
Again, this show aired on Fridays. Therefore the correct airdate was Feb. 9th, not the 8th.

Nice going Zigoto!
Wow... got the original broadcast date, season, & episode #.
That will sure help when it comes to assembling a playlist for an evening.
In our household, we have a facsimile Philco radio out on the porch. On it we play OTR programs..... from a Gizmo on the other side of the wall actually.
